The position involves administrative work, record management, task coordination, and client assistance. You will work within established procedures and help ensure that daily processes are completed with precision and on schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Record, track, and manage tasks through the company CRM system.
• Track and verify exchange activities under supervisory guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete requests within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential files in line with company policies.
• Follow internal procedures related to security, data protection, and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Confidence using CRM systems, web-based platforms, and other digital tools.
• Ability to follow written procedures and meet deadlines.
• Responsible approach to confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, business operations, or financial technology is useful but not required.
